FRB Collect
Pilot terms
Updated 6 October 2026
During the pilot, the company uses FRB Collect to process its actual orders. Before real orders are processed, we enter into a combined written pilot and data processing agreement setting out scope, responsibilities, data processing and duration.
Provider: FRB Collect Crisera-Eilertsen, Norwegian registration number 938 572 526, Mettedalsfjellet 27, 5302 Strusshamn, Norway.
The service during the pilot
FRB Collect collects orders from the agreed inbox or folder/label, or receives supported files. Email, PDF, CSV, single-sheet XLSX without formulas, PNG and JPG are supported. FRB creates drafts for review and CSV export, without automatic approval or direct ERP delivery. The pilot is not an ERP, inventory, accounting or invoicing system. Limits are 10 MB per file, 100 PDF pages, up to 20 OCR pages per PDF and 1,000 order lines. Time and resource limits may stop reading earlier. Unreadable, incomplete or ambiguous documents require review or manual handling. The pilot is free for 30 consecutive days from the first account activation when a password is chosen and does not start paid billing automatically. FRB agrees the onboarding with the customer before sending the activation link.
Company review
The company must review and approve every order before export. It is responsible for checking the original, customer, products, quantities, delivery details and any warnings before using the order further.
Access and permitted use
A pilot account is personal and must be protected with a strong password. Access may be granted only to people approved by the company. The service must not be used for illegal content, security testing without an agreement, or data that the pilot is not entitled to process.
Operations and incidents
FRB Collect is in a pilot phase. Features, formats and availability may change while the service is tested. Errors or exceptions should be reported to support@frbcollect.com. We aim to respond to ordinary support requests within 24 hours. Guaranteed uptime, 24-hour staffed support and guaranteed response times have not been agreed. Serious security incidents follow a separate incident procedure; affected customers are notified of personal data breaches without undue delay after FRB becomes aware of a breach.
If FRB is unavailable
The company retains its original messages and existing order process. If the service is unavailable, orders can be handled as usual while the issue is fixed. Record which orders were handled manually and reconcile them before exporting from FRB again to avoid duplicate processing. This fallback does not replace FRB’s responsibility for data security and incident notification.
Ending the pilot
The company can ask to end the pilot and delete its data. Access tokens can be removed immediately on disconnection. Orders and activity are stored for 365 days. Company data is deleted from the active database no later than 30 days after effective termination or a confirmed deletion instruction. Data is returned before deletion if the customer requests it. FRB’s daily and weekly backups have separate retention, up to 27 days after active deletion. Railway retains manual backups until they are deleted; the contents, processing location and deletion deadline for older backups must be clarified before the pilot agreement is concluded. Railway technical logs are stored separately in the USA for 90 days from each log entry and cannot be deleted early or selectively. The active customer database deletion deadline therefore does not apply to these logs. See privacy notice and the customer’s data processing agreement. Continuing with an agreed paid service retains the account and setup; cancellation must not remove access before the paid period ends.
Agreements and privacy
Read the combined pilot and data processing agreement
The invited customer accepts one combined pilot and data processing agreement under Setup in the portal and confirms their authority to enter into it. The agreement text, version, identity and time are stored in a downloadable receipt. No separate paper signature is required. Green status does not replace the agreed setup review. Confirmation that privacy notice has been read acknowledges information about processing; it is not general consent to new purposes.
Contact
Questions about the pilot may be sent to kontakt@frbcollect.com. These public terms are informational; they are neither a complete customer agreement nor confirmation that a particular pilot has begun.
