Norwegian order processing software

About FRB Collect

FRB Collect provides order processing software for wholesalers and other B2B businesses. It structures product orders from email and PDF, matches line items against your product catalogue and makes exceptions easier to review before export.

From incoming purchase order to reviewed order

FRB Collect gathers purchase orders from a connected email inbox, a selected folder or file import. Email and PDFs become order drafts. Line items are checked against the business’s product catalogue and saved name mappings. Uncertain information and possible duplicates are flagged for review.

The order parser is based on rules and code. Document reading does not use OpenAI or other external AI models. Scanned documents can be read using local text recognition, but unclear text and unfamiliar layouts may need manual review.

The business reviews and approves each order before export as CSV, Excel or FRB XML. FRB Collect does not send orders directly to an ERP or replace inventory, invoicing or accounting systems.

A service in its pilot phase

FRB Collect is in its pilot phase. We agree document types, product catalogue, data processing and workflow with each pilot business. The pilot establishes what works with the business’s own orders; we do not promise specific time savings or error-free automation.

The business behind the service

The service is operated by FRB Collect Crisera-Eilertsen, a Norwegian sole proprietorship with organisation number 938 572 526. The proprietor is Marcus Jarnæs Crisera-Eilertsen. Business address: Mettedalsfjellet 27, 5302 Strusshamn, Norway.
