Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during limited releases.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • shipping carrier
  • customs processing
  • local delivery conditions

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and should be considered approximate.

FRB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is correct at checkout.

FRB is not responsible for:

  • lost packages
  • delayed deliveries
  • failed deliveries
  • additional shipping costs

caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before reshipment.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT charges, or additional fees required by their local authorities.

FRB has no control over customs processes and cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international orders.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

FRB is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting FRB support.

If assistance is needed, we will do our best to help investigate the issue.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damage
  • packaging photos if possible

Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or compensation.


Limited Releases

Products released as limited editions or special drops may have different processing or shipping timelines. Any changes will be clearly communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
